Take the Konan exit from Shinagawa JR, walk past the NTT building (on your left) to the traffic lights. Turn left, and then right at the next lights by the SONY building. Go over the bridge. From JR Shinanomachi Station (Sobu Line) come out of the only exit, cross over to Keio Hospital and walk along Gaien Higashi Dori (with Keio Hospital on your left) for about 400 metres to the Samoncho traffic lights (signposted). Walk past the Napoli ice cream shop and office building on your left and you will see the building, Forme Yotsuya Gaien Higashi, just after the Napoli ice cream office building and just before the Kinoshita Beauty Salon.
